Halyo ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Zou Chunjiang, an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Halyo mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account information: When you register, we collect your phone number for one-time password (OTP) verification. You may also sign in with Apple or Google, in which case we receive a unique identifier and, optionally, your name and email address from those providers.
Profile information: Username, profile photo, bio, and other details you choose to provide.
Content you create: Posts, comments, images, and other content you upload or share within the App.
Voice and video room data: When you join a voice or video room, audio and video streams are processed in real time through our third-party RTC provider (Volcengine). We do not permanently record room audio or video.
Instant messages: Private and group messages you send are transmitted through our third-party IM provider (NetEase Cloud IM / Yixin). Messages are stored on their infrastructure according to their data retention policies.
Device and usage data: Device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and aggregated usage analytics. We use Tencent Push Notification Service (TPNS) for push notifications, which may collect your device token.
Location data: The App may request "when in use" location access. Location data is used only for features you explicitly activate and is not stored on our servers.
Photos, camera, and microphone: The App requests access to your camera (for taking photos), photo library (for attaching images to posts), and microphone (for voice rooms) only when you use those features. We do not access these without your permission.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
All third-party providers are contractually required to process your data only as instructed and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is protected by HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no system is completely secure.
Halyo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

تطبيق Halyo ("نحن") يُشغَّل من قِبل المطوّر المستقل زو تشونجيانغ. توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمع معلوماتك واستخدامها والإفصاح عنها وحمايتها عند استخدامك تطبيق Halyo ("التطبيق"). باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة في هذه السياسة.
معلومات الحساب: عند التسجيل، نجمع رقم هاتفك للتحقق عبر كلمة مرور لمرة واحدة (OTP). يمكنك أيضاً تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google، حيث نستلم معرّفاً فريداً، واختياريًا اسمك وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني من هذه الجهات.
معلومات الملف الشخصي: اسم المستخدم، وصورة الملف الشخصي، والوصف، وأي تفاصيل أخرى تختار تقديمها.
المحتوى الذي تنشئه: المنشورات والتعليقات والصور وغيرها من المحتوى الذي ترفعه أو تشاركه في التطبيق.
بيانات غرف الصوت والفيديو: عند انضمامك إلى غرفة صوت أو فيديو، تُعالَج تدفقات الصوت والفيديو في الوقت الفعلي عبر مزوّد RTC من طرف ثالث (Volcengine). لا نسجّل صوت أو فيديو الغرف بصورة دائمة.
الرسائل الفورية: تُنقَل الرسائل الخاصة والجماعية التي ترسلها عبر مزوّد IM من طرف ثالث (NetEase Cloud IM / Yixin)، وتُخزَّن وفق سياسات الاحتفاظ بالبيانات لديهم.
بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام: طراز الجهاز، وإصدار نظام التشغيل، وإصدار التطبيق، وعنوان IP، وتحليلات الاستخدام المجمّعة. نستخدم Tencent Push Notification Service (TPNS) للإشعارات، والتي قد تجمع رمز جهازك.
بيانات الموقع: قد يطلب التطبيق إذن الوصول إلى موقعك "أثناء الاستخدام". تُستخدم بيانات الموقع فقط للميزات التي تُفعّلها بشكل صريح ولا تُخزَّن على خوادمنا.
الصور والكاميرا والميكروفون: يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى الكاميرا (لالتقاط الصور) ومكتبة الصور (لإرفاق الصور بالمنشورات) والميكروفون (لغرف الصوت) فقط عند استخدامك لهذه الميزات، ولا نصل إليها دون إذنك.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشارك المعلومات فقط مع:
جميع مزوّدي الطرف الثالث ملزمون تعاقديًا بمعالجة بياناتك وفق التعليمات والامتثال لقوانين الخصوصية المعمول بها.
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طوال فترة نشاط حسابك. إذا حذفت حسابك، سنحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال 30 يومًا، إلا حيث يستوجب القانون الاحتفاظ بها.
تُحمى جميع البيانات المنقولة بين التطبيق وخوادمنا بواسطة HTTPS/TLS. لا تُخزَّن كلمات المرور بصيغة نصية عادية. نتخذ تدابير وفق المعايير الصناعية لحماية بياناتك، وإن كان لا يوجد نظام آمن بالكامل.
لا يستهدف Halyo الأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية من أطفال دون 13 عامًا. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلاً قدّم لنا بياناته الشخصية، يُرجى التواصل معنا وسنحذفها فورًا.
بحسب نطاق اختصاصك القضائي، قد يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو تقييد معالجتها أو الاعتراض عليها. لممارسة هذه الحقوق، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أدناه.
