By downloading, accessing, or using the Halyo application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
To use the App, you must create an account using your phone number with one-time password (OTP) verification, or through a supported third-party sign-in service such as Apple or Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App.
You retain ownership of the content you post, including posts, comments, and images. By posting content in the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the App. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to share the content you post and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App provides voice and video rooms and instant messaging through third-party services (Volcengine and NetEase Cloud IM). Real-time room audio and video are not permanently recorded by us. You are solely responsible for your conduct in rooms and chats, and you must comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
The App integrates with third-party services, including Volcengine, NetEase Cloud IM, and Tencent Cloud. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where we operate.

قد نعلّق أو ننهي وصولك إلى التطبيق في أي وقت، مع أو بدون إشعار، إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط أو لأي سبب آخر. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت.
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنُخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر التطبيق أو بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد إجراء التغييرات يُعدّ قبولاً للشروط المُعدَّلة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية الصين الشعبية. وأي نزاع ينشأ عن أو يتعلق بهذه الشروط يخضع لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة في مكان عملنا.
